Refund Policy

At CeyhilArt Studio, we want you to feel confident when booking one of our workshops or events.

This Refund Policy explains your rights and options if you need to cancel, reschedule, or transfer your ticket. By purchasing a ticket or using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your booking.

1. Minimum Participants

Each workshop requires a minimum of 3 participants to proceed. If this minimum is not reached, CeyhilArt reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop. You will be notified by email as soon as possible. For details about your options, please refer to Section 4 – Cancellation by CeyhilArt Studio.

Please note that private group workshops organized in collaboration with a third party may have different minimum participant requirements, depending on the agreement with that collaborator.​​​​​​​​

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • More than 14 days the start date of the workshop: A full refund (100%) will be provided for cancellations.

  • 5–14 days before the start date of the workshop: 50% of the workshop fee will be refunded for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Less than 5 days before the start date of the workshop: No refunds will be provided for no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling. 

Please note: This policy does not apply to Art & Creativity Meetup events. Check Section 5 - Art & Creativity Meetup

3. Booking Transfers

Bookings for all workshops and events may be transferred to another person at no additional cost.

Please notify us by emailing info@ceyhilart.com with the name of the new ticket holder at least 1 day before the workshop starts.

4. Cancellation by CeyhilArt Studio

CeyhilArt reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient registrations, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

If this happens, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and may choose either:

  • A full refund, or

  • Rescheduling your booking to another available workshop date, subject to availability.

CeyhilArt Studio is not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.

5.Exception — Art & Creativity Meetup : 

  • More than 14 days before the start date of the event: A full refund (100%) will be provided for cancellations.

  • Less than 15 days before the start date of the event: No refunds will be provided for no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling. 

Bookings for the Art & Creativity Meetup may be rescheduled only once to the next available meetup date. 
6.Refund Process ​

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
