Refund Policy

At CeyhilArt Studio, we want you to feel confident when booking one of our workshops or events.

This Refund Policy explains your rights and options if you need to cancel, reschedule, or transfer your ticket. By purchasing a ticket or using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your booking.

1. Minimum Participants

Each workshop requires a minimum of 4 participants to proceed. If this minimum is not reached, CeyhilArt reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop. You will be notified by email as soon as possible. For details about your options, please refer to Section 4 – Cancellation by CeyhilArt Studio.

Please note that private group workshops organized in collaboration with a third party may have different minimum participant requirements, depending on the agreement with that collaborator.​​​​​​​​

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

All workshop bookings are non-refundable.

  • More than 5 days before the workshop: You may reschedule your booking once to another available workshop date, subject to availability.

  • Less than 5 days before the workshop: Bookings cannot be refunded or rescheduled to another workshop date.

  • No-shows: No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

3. Booking Transfers

Bookings for all workshops and events may be transferred to another person at no additional cost.

Please notify us by emailing info@ceyhilart.com with the name of the new ticket holder at least 1 day before the workshop starts.

4. Cancellation by CeyhilArt Studio

CeyhilArt reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient registrations, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

If this happens, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and may choose either:

  • A full refund, or

  • Rescheduling your booking to another available workshop date, subject to availability.

CeyhilArt Studio is not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.

5.Exception — Art & Creativity Meetup: 
Bookings for the Art & Creativity Meetup may be rescheduled once to the next available meetup date. This option must be requested before the start of the event and is subject to availability.
6.Refund Process ​

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
