Join us to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover the freedom of intuitive abstract painting. Through simple creative exercises, you’ll work intuitively with colour, movement, texture and layers, allowing your painting to develop naturally rather than following a predetermined image. We’ll begin with a short breathing and grounding exercise to help you arrive in the moment and connect with how you feel. From there, you’ll experiment with colours and expressive marks while learning to trust your creative instincts. There is no right or wrong way to paint. You’ll receive personal guidance throughout the session while having the freedom to make your own choices and create something uniquely yours.
